Assembler is a software development company based out of Colorado Springs, CO. We work with experts in the construction industry to develop and implement software solutions and tools, specifically in delay analysis. In addition to developing software, we also offer video and animation production to aid in visual explanations for software and services instructionals, project presentations, and legal litigation. Our team has more than twenty years of experience in software, animation, and multimedia development.

  • Assembler offers an automated, server-based solution to analyze the project information that is submitted using the Time-Logic software. The computational methods involved are based on the Advance Delay Alert Mechanism methodology, which delivers an advanced analysis in delays, extensions of time, compensation, project acceleratoin and disruption.

  • Using the results from the IsoCalculator, Assembler can generate a detailed report of the analysis within minutes. The IsoReprter uses artificial intelligence to dynamically generate an accurate report.
